PLAYER NOTES: --C Zaza Pachulia was benched for Saturday's game without much explanation. After a 17-rebound night against the Raptors on Friday, Mike Woodson decided to go with a smaller lineup and snagged the win that eluded his team the night before. Perhaps Woodson is onto something.
--G Mo Evans is living up to his utility man reputation by doing anything and everything the Hawks ask of him and excelling in the process. He had a huge game Saturday night on both ends of the floor, including handling the difficult task of guarding Caron Butler.
--F Solomon Jones came through with a career performance on the defensive end against the Wizards, notching a career-high-tying five blocks. He was all over the floor and were it not for some foul trouble might have had a chance to shatter his career high for blocks.
