FOR THE Hawks

* Josh Smith and Mike Bibby (8 points apiece) combined for 16 of the Hawks' 20 first-quarter points.

* The Hawks opened the second quarter with a 21-8 run to take a 15-point lead (41-26).

* Mo Evans did not score in 21:36 minutes, missing his one shot.

FOR THE Heat

* Jermaine O'Neal, who was originally ruled out with a concussion, played just 42 seconds. He was 0-for-1 from the field (an airball) and had two fouls.

* Three-point shooting killed the Heat again. In Game 7 they shot just 21.1 percent (4-for-19).

* The Heat lost Udonis Haslem when he was ejected following a flagrant foul with 3:51 remaining.
