Williams' CAT scan at an Oakland hospital was negative, Hawks spokesman Arthur Triche said.
Williams was hospitalized overnight after he was fouled hard by Ronny Turiaf in the second quarter of Friday's 119-114 loss. Williams made one of two free throws and tried to stay in the game before wobbling off a few seconds later.
Atlanta plays Toronto on Monday.
