COLLEGIATE CAREER: Named a Second Team All-American by AP and USBWA as a senior, Stoudamire also earned First Team John R. Wooden Award All-American mention and First Team All-Pac-10 honors • He finished his career in ninth place in NCAA history in career three-point field goal percentage (.458) and tied for 18th in career three-point field goals made (342) • Ranks as Arizona's fourth all-time leading scorer with 1,960 career points • As a senior (2004-05), he ranked 4th in the league in scoring (18.4 ppg) • Scored over 20 points 15 times and surpassed the 30-point mark in three games • Stoudamire led the nation in three-point field goal percentage (.504) • Paced the Pac-10, ranked fourth nationally, and broke his own school single-season record in free throw percentage (.910) • Exploded for a career-high tying 37 points, hitting seven three's vs. Washington in the Pac-10 Tournament Final • In his junior season (2003-04), he averaged 16.3 points and 3.0 assists • Erupted for career-high 37 points at Oregon • Sank 7-for-9 three's on his way to 34 points vs. UCLA • Hit seven threes in scoring 27 points vs. Marquette • Named Honorable Mention All-Pac-10 Conference • In his sophomore campaign (2002-03), Stoudamire ranked 4th in the Pac-10 in free throw percentage (.864) and three-point field goal percentage (.444) • Scored 20 of his season-high 32 points in the second half at Kansas • Posted 25 points on 9-for-13 shooting at Washington • Earned Honorable Mention All-Pac 10 honors • As a freshman in 2001-02, he led the Pac-10 and ranked 4th nationally in free throw percentage (.904), also setting a school record with 39 consecutive free throws made • Scored in double figures 22 times • Set a season-high with 29 points on 9-for-10 shooting vs. USC in the Pac-10 Tournament Finals • Earned Pac-10 All-Tournament honors and was named league Freshman of the Year.

Charles Salim Stoudamire was born October 11, 1982 in Portland, Oregon Son of Charles Stoudamire and Theresa Williams-Stoudamire He says his mother is the person he admires the most Nicknamed "Slim" Salim has two brothers and one sister Cousin Damon plays for the Memphis Grizzlies College teammate of current NBA players Channing Frye (Blazers), Andre Iguodala (Sixers) and Luke Walton (Lakers) Enjoys listening to hip-hop, reggae and R&B His brother, Madgesdiq, is a reggae/hip-hop artist He considers Bob Marley to be a person he would most like to meet (or have met) Also plays tennis and writes in his spare time A fan of the Atlanta Braves and New York Yankees Martin Lawrence and Jada Pinkett Smith are his top actor/actress, and “The Mack” is his all-time favorite movie Majored in Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona, and says he'd be in graduate school if not playing pro ball Stoudamire spent some of his summer at UA continuing his progress towards getting his degree Observes a vegan diet, as he doesn’t consume animal products of any kind Favorite food is brown rice with steamed vegetables and tofu He wears a size 12 basketball shoe.
